User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would not recommend this company to anyone. After talking with several happy customers, we purchased a used RV that had passed their long list of inspections. To make a long story short, it had severe water damage that we found after our first thunderstorm. The repair technician estimated the damage had been there for 6 months, but we were accused by Bama RV of causing the damage ourselves. We tried everything possible to get them to work with us, even offered to return it and upgrade to a new RV. They were difficult to deal with and would not return phone calls because they said we were "angry." The owner never would speak with us personally. They also made sure to explain to me what the "AS IS" policy means. This was our family's first experience with an RV, and Bama RV took all the excitement out of it.
