I took a dress to be pressed for a ball. When I got the dress back 4 days later, it had a white spots all over my black dress. I took it back the following business day to actually be cleaned to get the white spots out. When I went to go pick it back up two days later, there were still whit spots and there were beads missing on the front of the dress. I was told by the Manager that she could get the white spots out and that the beads missing on the front where not noticeable. I told her that the missing beads were noticeable. With an attitude, she stated that she would send the dress to their alteration shop and fix the dress. I went back two days later and the white where gone, but beads where still missing. The beads the alteration shop put on where spaced out. For example where two or three beads should have been sowed only one was sowed in the space. My dress is ruined and I had to go spend more money for a new dress at the last minute. I would not recommend using them ever.
