User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI stumbled into this store while my grandmother was speaking at a nearby school. The staff was lovely, and they found my dream dress that took me to a national pageant level. The dress had been retired and therefore unique, a key to pageants. I will always return to this store regardless of the 4 hour drive because I can count on something no other Georgia girl will have.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went in with my fiances brother for his wedding. They handed the guys their tuxes to try on and then paid them no attention. No one once checked on them to tell them if things were fitting properly. Instead of them coming to the guys the guys had to walk across the store to them to get help. It wasn't even busy when we got there so there was no excuse for the horrible service! I would not get your tux's here.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMost horrible place I've been to yet: I drove all of the way from Panama City, Florida to look at dresses in Dothan, Alabama. When I walked in, a lady politely directed me to another women to help me and then she left. The lady she had to help me wasn't interested in the least. She refused to give me the name brands of the dresses I tried on. She would not allow my mother to take photos of me in the dresses to see if the dresses were even photogenic. and finally she just wondered off from helping us and we were the only ones in the store! We were not rude to anyone to have deserved rude service.
