This IHOP is one of the worst of the franchise that I have eaten at. They will never get another dime from me. Today I was there and receive horrible services. The manager was very unaccomodating to the problem. I ordered my food a specific way and when it did not come back that way, I reorder it. Needless to say, it did not arrive to me before I had to get back to work from my lunch break. Instead of the manager taking that entree off my bill, which a portion was completely not served to me, he took the cost of the french fries off the entree which was $2.00. How he came up with that price off of a $6.00 entree I will never know. My husband's food was cold and we had to go get our own maple syrup from another waitrees because ours would not bring us any as we requested. Please consider saving your money on good food and good service and patronize another resturaunt.
