Do not go near this place if you value your time and money. Their service department specializes in sabotaging cars so you will be forced to come back. I let these people work on my car 6 times before I figured out what they were doing. First time could have been the most expensive. Took it in for an electrical problem in the mirror wiring. A few days later the oil pressure sensor just happened to fall out of the engine while driving down the highway. Luckily I saw the smoke and trail of oil behind and got stopped before any serious damage was done. Coincidence, right? Second time they loosened a headlight plug causing the headlight to go out the evening after they worked on the rear of the car. Final straw was antifreeze started leaking after they again were working on the rear of the car. The hose clamp was intentionally loosened by someone in their shop.
You've been warned. This place loves tourists.
from fixing your car to buying one they have great service every time some one in my family needs a car i tell them to go down to southern chevy when i need a car fixed i go there and they take car of me right away
Dealship needs a lesson on lying to customers!: June 13, 2005- Test drove an '05 Tahoe.
June 14, 2005- Salesman called and inquired as to why we did not buy.
We told him that due to the fact that we were from out of
state, we would have to pay out of state tax. He agreed to
pay the tax for us if we would buy the vehicle. We bought.
June 15, 2005- Vehicle delivered to my wife. Salesman met her about half
way from our home to deliver.
!st problems- 3 hours late on deliver, vehicle not detailed
(glue and sticker still on window), salesman was not
going to leave any paperwork with my wife.
June 16, 2005- Remaining paperwork was to be mailed to my county's
tax collector's office so I could buy a tag and pay tax.
June 21, 2005- Still no paperwork. I have only seven business days to pay
tax and buy tag.
