    Extremely poor customer service. Broke down pulling our RV 600 miles from home and was towed to this dealership. Were told by the manager they couldn't even look at the truck for 3 or 4 DAYS. They left us stranded 600 miles from home with no offer of help or alternatives whatsoever. Were left in their parking lot for hours waiting on family to pick us up. Will not purchase any FORD/LINCOLN/MERCURY products ever again. Were told by the tow truck driver that when this dealship finds out it is a warranty repair, they automatically put you at the end of their schedule. So much for their very expensive extended warranty.
