I called and asked how there pizza was, I grew up in Chicago and IKNOW GOOD PIZZA.I was told it was homemade and people stand in line for this HA HA HA While I was driving down Rucker Blvd I decided to try a piece on the way home,I took a bite and I almost threw up I opened the window and threw that nasty *&^& out the window DONT EVER EAT THERE PIZZA

This was our 4th and final attempt at giving this place a chance in the last 2yrs....we will never waste our time at this place again. Every six months we fool ourselves into believing that things may have improved. BLUF: Atmosphere is so-so. Restroom is in the mall, not in the restaurant...inconvenient. Service... awful. Waited 45 minutes without even a drink fill request. Had to flag down the waitress and ask for our salads to be served while we continued to wait. A simple vist to the table to explain the long wait would have been nice, maybe a "kitchen is really busy" or "we are short on help", anything. Food is over-priced for the quality put out. Lasagna tasted like store bought. Italian food is not authentic. Agree with prior post of the "sweet ham" taste to the Carbonara, how about real Pancetta instead of diced up honey baked ham. Garlic knots, that's about it? Not worth the bad experience just for them. Ignorance is bliss for those who have not had real quality Italian food as described in other "multi-star" posts here. Too much hype without the food and service to back it up. Avoid at all costs, learn from our mistake(s).

has anybody herd of Prosciutto ham.............. look it up........... it is very good ham and is cured...........if you don't like to try new stuff don't complain because you did! -

The Bistro is one of the Enterprise's finer resturants. It's a nice place to take you're date.
