This is a great dealership. Great people work at Sales Ford Lincoln Mercury. They have a great sales team and a great parts/service team. The techs take care of my vehicle and make sure im safe when im on the road!

I brought my car in to have an estimate for repair on the drivers side window. When they were looking at it they broke my passenger side window switch on the same side and refused to admit that they did it. They also refused to admit that the switch was even broken! It doesnt take a mechanic to tell when your window will not roll up. I even talked to the GM, Johnny Sales, and he was about as helpful as a fur coat in July. You would think that someone in his position would be more worried about return business and good word of mouth then a repair that would be but a drop in a bucket to him! They wouldnt even write out a receipt saying that the window was broken. I went straight from that dealership to another mechanic and he wrote out a ticket stating the window was broken.

Perfect! This was a very friendly dealership. I look forward to doing business with them again soon!
I loved the home town treatment that I got from them. I arrived on a chilly day and they served me a hot cup of coffee. The salesmen helped me pick out my new Ford Mustang and walked me through all the things that I needed to do. In 2 days I was driving my new Ford Mustang home!
What a great dealership!
