User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsPeople always have negative comments about any place you go. Every dealership charges a diagnostic charge. Not just Massey. They are a great dealership that has been in business for many years and they have survived the terrible economy. They have a very courteous staff and Joey Langley the owner is very humble and courteous as well. Great Place.

Never do business with them...: Terrible, I was charged for services not performed simply because they have a sign on the wall that says they can. I felt cheated... then they would not call me back to discuss. I even sent an e-mail on the internet to their "Award Winning" customer service people. "What a JOKE!!!"
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNot the best deal: Massey claims in their advertisements to have the best deals. I tried doing business with them one time and they were not willing to come down on the price. In 2004 I was trying to buy a used 2004 with 21000 miles and they wanted to charge me the same amount as if the car did not have any miles on it. There service dept is also very costly once your car is out of its factory warrenty. The want $50 to diagnose the problem with your car which usually means that a mechanic takes it for a test drive. After that they charge you around $45 an hour to fix the problem on top of the diagnostic fee.
