-5 Didn't have a minus five rating to click so I wrote it in.
Do not do business with this credit union. We had an excellent credit rating until a mistake we made in payments made us two months behind. I was paying my monthly payment online and thought the payment was going through. The credit union had the wrong address so I wasn't getting any notices. I didn't know I was two months behind. They messed up my credit rating. Now I can't even get credit for a $650.00 T.V. I done business with them for almost twenty years. I paid my bill on time. One time I make a mistake and they mess my credit rating up. They should be ashamed of themselves for this. That's what I get for being a good customer for years and make one little mistake (which included mistakes on their behalf also). I have never been two months delinquent on any payment to anyone. My past history shows this. This company doesn't take this into consideration and I think they should before messing up your credit score.
