Joy is an excellent sales person and you should ask for her if you are in the market. Felix the finance manager is great he goes that extra step for you. Mitchell Nissan you have earned my business and my familys business thanks to Joy and Felix. Had a prob with service department but talked to Shawn and that was quickly corrected and handled thanks to you i am a very satisifed customer with your company Thank you
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsParts dept is the WORST. VERY RUDE, DEGRADING parts "specialists." Don't even think about going in that dept if you are a female. I have dealt with a lot of male attitudes in my past because I am a female and know cars. Their attitudes just cost that dealership my business for LIFE.
