Kasey K wrote that in 2006 what do you want to bet.. she no longer lives there...... I hated that place..the sidewalks were cracked and jagged you couldn't walk on them for fear of falling. Get this... the Manager (denise) even told the childrent that they Couldn't ride on the sidewalks that they needed to ride in the street. I whole heartedly DISAGREE WITH THIS.... the pool will never be open if it is.. it is FULL of kids that never get out of the pool to use the restroom, and how often do you think i seen them clean the pool out? The only maintanance i seen them do to it was add 12 bags of salt to it, i guess to kill the germs. Trash pick up is insane there, half the time you might as well open up your back door and throw your trash out the door, because you have to throw it on the ground next to the trash dump anywho.....all my friend that moved in the same time i did BROKE there lease to leave... i feel sorry for the ones that are still there.... Rodney is a very nosey guy who lives there and he will ask you obsene questions, along with the two older ladies on the end.
Just in General this is a horrid place to live... I really hated it there......
all my friends did too...
they never fixed anything and when you took it upon your self to fix something they wanted to charge you for it when you didn't break anything,..... there has been so many COPS there arresting the bad B list kids...it was just so horrible... i can go on and on..... Alabama living is so much different from where i came from
...

North Pointe is a JOKE. 6 months after moving our i get a call from a collections agency saying i owe a "clean Up" fee of $354, I was told i was good to go when i moved out and never recieved a letter in the mail. The management is a pure JOKE. I don't even think they know how to read. When living there it took FOREVER to get a complaint in it was loud, unkept, and had very dated appliances. Do NOT lease from them spend your money else where. Seriously it is the worse place to live, in fact i would never even let my dog live there. STAY AWAY from NORTH POINTE. Who ever Kasey K. is, i hope your experience doesn't go down hill.

Horrible, Terrible.. My apartmment carpet has stains all over it, the aparment itself is just yucky, it seems like i keep cleaning and it just doesnt help, the appliances are old and out dated. The management is a joke, the maintenance is a joke. The grounds are not well kept, at all!! My neighbors have no regard for others constantly yelling, playing LOUD music, fighting. For 600 a month, any one would expect better!!! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!!
