About:A dock-level, Jimmy Buffett style open-air bistro with a wide selection of fun dishes. Several times each evening, the conch horn will blow and the patrons will gather for live crab races. Pick a number, and if your crab wins, you will go home with a prize. The music is live, and the atmosphere and food are good.

    Best Cuban pork and black beans I've ever had! The food was great, as well as the staff. The only downside was the Mango's owner's son and his friends were loud and obnoxious, hitting on young girls and cursing at the table next to me and my family, which included two kids. Shame on him! I know he was the owner's son because he made a point to tell everyone in the restaurant.

    Average Eatery in an Upscale Marina: A Jimmy Buffet style place to eat, somewhat hidden in Orange Beach. The food was good, as well as the service, although there seemd to be some confusion over seating.... Interesting to read a similar review below! The live music was a nice touch, and the outside seating on the dock can't be beat on a nice spring-time day.

    Not a place I would travel a distance out of my way, but a nice place to park and rest while passing through coastal Alabama. The road out front deadends to the East, so don't try for any shortcuts back to the beach or Florida!

    DO NOT MISS THIS FOOD!: Every year in May we stay in Orange Beach for 10 days. . .we eat at Calypso Joe's at least 2 if not 3 times while we are in town!! Not only is the food to die for, the wait staff is fun and they do a lot of activities for kids! Save time to walk around the docks and check out the boats!
