Bay Chevrolet

I PURCHASEDChevy Malibu from Chuck Stevens in June07. It had 33,000 on it at the time. Well after a week of owning it i had to take it to the shop ( BAY CHEVROLET) for it to get fixed. I chose BAY CHEVY cause they were closer. Well the first problem being a knocking sound in my left side i was told by the UNDERWRITER that i had to take it to CHUCK STEVENS it was in the tire and BAY didnt put the tires on. So i took it to Chuck Stevens and they had to put a EYE ROD in. Took all of 30 mins to do. Which at that time i asked wasnt that something that BAY could have done? They said YES !!!! So the 2nd problem was my Cruise control and Brake Lights. My Brake lights would get stuck and stay on when not in use and my cruise control would not work. And when i did have to stop my brake lights would go OUT. So after 5 times being at BAY for this same problem and them just hooking it up to the computer to RESET the problem on Aug. 13,2007 i again took the car back to BAY CHEVY to have the same repair fixed. And i then spoke with the OWNER of BAY CHEVROLET and telling him of the problem and being there for 5 HRS on monday i thought i should have a rental for the day. And he told me that they had their BEST TECH on the job and the car was on the computer and TRANSPORTATION WAS MY PROBLEM !!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH BAY CHEVROLET. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT DEALER TO ANYONE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE YOUR CHEVROLET VECHICAL.
