    Horrible Service: We took brand new shirts (our company uniform shirts) to have them laundered. Anna's ruined them because something was either in the washing machine or dryer and stuck to all of the shirts. When we called them to discuss this we were told the "manager was not in until tomorrow." We went back the next day and the "manager" claimed that the shirts were already spotted like that. These shirts had never been worn and were just purchased. We knew what they looked like before we took them to Anna's. The manager was extremely defensive and would not admit the shirts were ruined by the laundromat. Arguing with a customer is not a great way to do business, especially in our small town. Don't ever use them to do laundry for you and make sure you check the machines before washing or drying anything there!!! YUK!!
