With the help of his sons and a few employees, his fledgling company quickly grew into the leading hardwood flooring company in Mobile, AL. His policy was to produce quality work and provide quality materials, and you will have customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. At times Mr. Browning would stop by a job site, and not being satisfied, have the men start the job over. This usually occurred at the objection of the customer, who seemed very happy with the work, it wasn't, however, up to Mr. Browning's standards. When Mr. Browning started his company, all of the sons worked with him; five in all. Of the five sons, three remain with the company. Over the years, two sons have owned the company; Joe Ed Browning Jr. and Bobby Browning, and they remained together for twenty years. Bobby decided he had his own vision of owning a flooring company. He sold his share of the company to his brother, and started his own company with Mrs. Gloria Browning and his son Stanley.
