Addicting.: No...not tattoos. I mean, yeah tattoos are addictive, but I'm talking about Davids Gallery.
This past spring break, my friend and I went to my condo in Perdido Key...about 5 minutes or so from David's. Tiffany, my friend, was wanting to get a tattoo. We met these boys on the beach the first day that had some pretty sweet ink and they told us "Go to Davids Gallery. Ask for Floyd. He's the only guy we let touch us." Well, I've always seen davids but never really gone in. We went in and I immidiatly felt comfortable in this place. Other tattoo parlors either make me feel unwelcomed or just uneasy. Whenever I walked in, a tall guy with long grey hair greets us. Forgot his name but he was pretty cool. We asked for Floyd and he came out. That day he gave my friend a tattoo of a dove. It was beautiful but simple. I was debating about getting a peircing and tiffany was like, just get a tattoo. So I ended up getting the fleur de le on my back and from the day we first walked in, to about the last hour before we left to go back home to georgia, tiffany and I were there EVERYDAY...buying gages, tattoo goo, purses, shirts, smoking accesories...everything you could think of. That place was addicting and the people are so awesome. Next tattoo I get, I'm going back. I HIGHLY recommend this place for first timers.
Great Place: I went to Orange Beach last summer with my boyfriend's family. His brother had to get new tires while we were down there and to kill time we went walking in the shopping center next door. We were lucky enough to come across David's Gallery. My boyfriend and his brother both ended up getting great tattoos by Lou and we came back everyday we were there and spent WAY to much money. The environment was great and the employees were very friendly. If you are a hippy at heart, go to David's Gallery!
