I brought my dress and some other items there to be cleaned. Practically new dress, had only been worn once. Everything looked fine except for my dress. They ruined it and it now looked dingy because the darker color had bleed on to the lighter color. They said they were not responsible for the dress. Not only did they give me the run around when asked to speak to the manager, but they also gave me the wrong number to speak to the owner. They have poor customer service.
I just wish they would put that on their sign that reads
we are not responsible for beads, buttons, and decorative trim. They should also add ruined clothes. I just wonder what they are responsible for.
In short Penny Profit Cleaners is a huge risk and is not worth your business and hard earned money! I've now lost my dress and will have to purchase a new one.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsFor 2 weeks I have been trying to track down 15 missing items and have called nearly every day. I have had none of my calls returned and there appears to be no interest in finding my missing items, while the trail grows cold. I can understand a dry cleaner misplacing items, but there is no excuse for the lack of customer service and lack of regard for a regular customer. I will never take my cleaning here again and will pass the word to others that this cleaner should be avoided.
