People were kind of rude, food was hot and taste great. As I came out of the restaurant I saw my tire was flat. Their store was getting a delivery at the time and the Mcdonalds driver saw that I was very upset. He was very polite and asked if he could be of service to me. I explained I had a flat, he told me if I would go back in the store and eat my meal he'd have my tire changed by the time I finished. When I came out I saw he got his uniform dirty from changing my tire but still he stood there with this smile on his face and said it was no problem he was glad to help. I offered him $10 but he wouldn't take it, he told me to do him a favor and lend a hand to somebody else in need and it was Mcdonalds & Marten-Brower's policy for their employees to always help the customers when needed. I didn't think I would return to that particular Mcdonalds because of the attitudes of some the crew members but that driver's kindness and his quote about the company's policy made my day. I now I'll never forget his name or what he did for me that day, so if you guys see a Mcdonalds driver by the name of (TANK) making a delivery at any of their stores... Tell him Marian says hello!
