Domino's Pizza

I ordered a new thin crust pizza one day. The pizza came it was hot but it looked nothing like it did on the coupon. The top of the pizza was burnt and the cheese was burnt also. Very poorly made pizza. I contacted the office online they sent 20 dollars in gift certificates. I will never order a pizza from this store. I sure all the stores are not like this one. They are very rude!

Great Pizza with Fast and Friendly Service!: Last year (2006), Pizza Hut on Wilma Rudolph had a fire and closed for the evening. I called Pizza Hut on Madison Street for delivery, but I was out of their delivery area. So I called Domino's on Wilma Rudolph, got my pizza in 20 minutes, it was really good. As a faithful Pizza Hut customer, I continued ordering from them accepting lousy service, poor attitudes, sloppy pizza in the box, and missing a hot wing or two. Delivery took at least an hour and longer on the weekend. Finally, I was fed up and called Domino's, and now I'm Domino's faithful happy customer. Those that answer the phone have always been pleasant and extremely nice when I call. Kudo's to Domino's Pizza!!!!!!

Save your Time and just order from another store: I recently ordered a pizza from this so called "establishment", I was told that the store did not deliver in my area, although they have done so before, this is only after I called to check where the pizza was as it had been at least an hour and thirty minutes, when they told me only 45. When called the manager of the store answered, (this was at May 9th 2007 @ aproximately 9:35pm) and stated that she had tried to call ten times, when I told her that she only called twice (I was away from my cell phone, and saw two missed calls) the manager proceeded to call me a liar, and state she did not feel like leaving a voice message, b/c she did not feel she needed to nor had to. I questioned her as to the number of the regional manager over her store and she proceeded to hang up on me utter an explicative.

Customer service should not be like this and should treat customers with respect they deserve, I am worried that the charge created on my card will not be refunded by the store as they have a horrible attitude. This franchise has caused many of my friends problems and has been rude to me in the past but this took the cake. I would recommend this franchise be removed as they cleary do not care about the Domino's name or company.
