User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsUnwelcomed! That's how they make you feel at this place. We get there only to be greeted by a grumpy hostess and didn't see one server smiling! I've never seen a place that was so depressing. We sat at our table for 7 mins before our waiter decided to stop talking to fellow employees at the end of the bar and came over to our table and asked what we wanted to drink. A month prior we were at this same Applebee's and a similar thing happened. Our waitress got our drinks, but a different waitress gave us our food because she was too busy taking out another server's food!!! We won't be going back to this Applebee's!!!Avoid this Applebee's! There are other restaurant's around the area!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe service was awful. The waiter took forever to acknowledge us and then was too friendly. The restaurant was not busy, there were less than 10 tables. The quality of our food was bad. The waiter said he would take care of it. We thought there would be a discount on our meal and we were not initially given one. The manager came out to our table and offered free desserts. We accepted, but then they were on our bill. We again brought this to the attention of the waiter and he said he would take care of it. He was gone almost 15 minutes before our bill was finally corrected. We have not eaten there since. This was almost 5 months ago. We really did like Applebee's so it is a shame that a bad server and uncaring manager can ruin a restaurant.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsnew management makes a difference: we had a great time and great food. The new management team has really made a difference but we really miss Dawn she was great. You can tell the difference since the first time I came in. I will be back

Most of your complaints were understandable, but I have to comment on who brought your food out. In the restaurant biz, servers will help get your food out quickly instead of sitting in the window getting more disgusting by the moment. This is called "running food" and most restaurants do this. I'd much rather someone run my food than to leave it sitting there in the kitchen.
