my waitress was young and sweet her name was amber. she made great suggestions and got my food out to me within 10minutes. i was very impressed.
normally when i go to ihop i have to wait a while to be acknowledged and the food prices are a little high (no free refils on juice!) but ihop finally did something right. i'd recomend amber to anyone. great service. finally.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsEverytime I've gone there, which is a lot, I have always had horrible serivce. Amanda, who acts like she's the manager when she really isn't, is so rude and always gives me dirty looks. She has served me everytime I've been there. My food wasn't right and I had it sent back. I asked for scrambled eggs and the eggs were runny. I asked for orange juice and I got apple. I asked for french toast, and it was uncooked. She had it remade and it took 23 minutes before my food arrived. It was still wrong. I told her to take it off the bill, she wouldn't. She told me that if I didn't like the service I should fill out a comment card, and then never come back. I talked to the owner of the store (which is her mother) and complained about the horrible service her daughter had always given me. The owner claimed I was being rude and would not credit my credit card because there was no proof "her daughter had been unpolite." Needless to say I called corporate and still have yet to hear from them. This was 4 months ago. I won't go back there again.
