User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOn more than one occasion Swift Cleaners has either sent my clothes to another location or not fulfilled their promise on delivery of items by the due date. When confronted on numerous occasions in trying to locate my items, they appear inept at explanations. I have wasted my time in showing up on their doorstep each day asking for my cleaned items to which they offer no reasonable explanation. They are supposed to be the experts on cleaning, but appear to be severely lacking in customer service.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSwift Cleaners: I love this cleaner. They do quality work and have the best pressed pants in town. The customer service is excellent. They listen and try to find a solution. From precious delicates to rug and carpets, Swift is the best!
