A nice little facility providing a wonderful service to the community. I would go if at all possible. If I were you I would. I wish assertiveness training and other self defense courses were offered to complement the karate instruction offered. I had to withdraw my son because his behavior got worse in school, but it wasn't the instructor's fault. It is important to teach both aspects of karate, and since it is more likely that your child will be mentally/emotionally abused or bullied than physically attacked in a dark alley a deep understanding of the mental aspects is crucial. Like I said, I am sure this was provided (I was told this) but I am not sure how in depth it was provided or how relevent the information was. I am not sure if this class is even offered anymore since this changes from time to time. I feel that the instructor does a good job.
