User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery Best BBQ: When we moved here, I didn't think there was much to this town, but dad mentioned Papa Kayjoe's. So we went and it was great. The bbq pork was great, and I got hooked onto the sweet sauce. Whats so great about this place is that everyone that works there is so nice and they smoke their own meat out in the smoke house in the back. The smell that comes from there even just a little ways up the road is enough to make one crave the food there.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest BBQ in town: I love Papa KayJoes. The local history on the wall is enough, but the food is great and the employees make you feel like family. Portions are generous and the prices are good. There's a long list of country style sides to choose from and the BBQ pork reminds me of my childhood. I go every chance I get.
