User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi strongly urge anyone who needs repairs to stay away from this company. you will be better off fixing it yourself.when the so called av techniciand picked up my tv they said it would be 5-7 bussiness days for my repair. I have heard nothing from them in two weeks and they still have my lcd tv that i paid over $600 for a few months ago.

I have done business with this company for many yrs.. They are a National service center and are very busy.. Will continue to do business with in the future.. I have never had any trouble with items I have had in for repair..

it has been 2 months since they have had my Receiver for my home entertainment system and at no point did they ever call to let me know what the status is and forget about calling the store cause no one ever answers. if you are in no rush or hurry this is the place i guess. Sadly their arent to many other options in clarksville.
