User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsMy husband and I flew from Oklahoma to Tennesse to purchase a truck that was advertised on the internet. Our advice is to make sure your vehicle has everything listed in the ad. We thought our truck had cruise control. We got out on the highway on our way back home, and discovered we did NOT have the cruise control and a few other options that were also listed.We could not get Joe Heitz to install it or stand behind his advertised vehicle. How could we have backed out of the deal after flying all the way there and the expence of the plane tickets?
BE SURE TO READ ALL THE FINE PRINT!! NOT VERY GOOD BUSINESS IF YOU ASK ME!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just purchased a 2010 Tundra.from the sales person to financing my experience was extremely positive. Kristal was our salesperson and walked me through the selection of a truck that met all my needs.I told the finance office what I wanted for payments and they made it happen.They gave me top dollar for my trade ins and the sales manager was constantly checking in with me to make sure I was taken care of.I wouldn't buy a vehicle from anyone else after this experience.Don't pay attention to any of the other reviews,these folks make it happen for you.I will recommend them to everyone.
