horrible after what? Looking for reviews on this dealership and this didn't help me in my decision.
You better have something that they want when you go there, or you are treated like a pest. Need service or a new car? No problem. They stay in business doing those things. If you have problems with the body shop or service department they will waste so much of your time that you will give up. I have bought a dozen vehicles from the Clarksville area in my life and this purchase was OK just like purchases from the other dealers. My issues were after the sale and I will never go back. After hours of my life were spent trying to work out issues I attempted to contact the general manager. This proved to be impossible. I left messages but calls were never returned.
