    don't take your chrysler product there. I went in for a battery..they had my front tire off for over an hour.. then informed me that they r not supposed to change batteries in chryslers...they should have known that before removing my tire and making me wait so long.

    They don't even deserve my business after waiting on hold for over 15 minutes. The manager even answered at one point because I sat on hold for so long! I eventually hung up and decided if their customer service was that bad, their cakes wouldn't be much better!
