User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI would just like to say I absolutely LOVE this place! I seem to always call them last minute yet they still deliver exactly what I want! I just got my second basket for my husband returning home! It was wonderful and looks amazing! I would recommend this place over any other!!!! And the staff is super friendly!!! Thank You Sango Village!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI would like to say after all the confusion has been cleared up. This is a very wonderful company to work with. They have bent over backwards to help, and fit my needs.. I would like to clear up any confusion that was put out there. That comment was NOT left by me, but a upset family member.

As the business owner, I feel I have a right to comment on this review. She cancelled her order 3 weeks prior to the wedding date and, once I made sure the flowers had not been ordered or prepurchased - I told her I would give her a FULL refund (wonder if that is considered good customer service? - how many places offer a full refund?). Yes, I did have to wait until I got all my info in to make sure I was not out any money and then I mailed her check...she states "over a week" and yet it has been 4 mailing days - I do not own the USPS. And the most amazing thing, she is just the sweetest thing when she calls or emails, but yet can write this...mad because she "really needs the money". I will be glad when she gets the check and this is over.
This is the email I got from her today, but yet she can write this online thinking I will not see it. It is amazing how two sided someone can be when they want something, right? "My mail person usually runs around 10-12. If there is not a check tomorrow, i will be up there to get a new one. I am sorry for the pain this all is. I had no intentions of ever canceling the order. my mother in-law like i said made me. She is paying for most of the wedding so I can not go against her wishes. I am so sorry again."
