Sent an email via Ford Direct website to this dealer. We received an email quote from Town & Country for what we thought was a quote for the 2008 Eddie Bauer 4x4, 4.6L V8 (which is exactly what we had asked for in our first email). Got to the dealership and suddenly they claimed our details never came thru in the first email and that there was no way they could give us a V8 for the quoted price. They tried to get us to take a V6 and then their attitude changed even more when we said we had a trade. We told them that if they would not honor original quote we were leaving. Again internet manager claimed he had not made quote for V8 for that was not in original email. He then asked me to come around his desk to see all the emails on his computer that he had received from me. There in black & white was our first email specifically stating we were looking for a 2008 Eddie Bauer, 4x4, 4.6L V8 white w/suede. I said "It is right there!!!" All he said was "I'm sorry." as I left the building. Sorry they are. We won't ever do business with them again!
