User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI used the location on Franklin Rd a few times. The last time several shirts and a pair of pants came back not completely pressed and still dirty. I returned the clothes and the owner offered to re-press them but refused to provide a refund. The owner was rude as was the cashier and the owner responded to my request for a refund as though he was doing me a favor for re-pressing them. He stated that he does NOT give refunds.
I would not ever return to that establishment because they do not provide quality dry cleaning nor do they treat customers with respect.
