I never mind going to see Dr.Long and the friendly smiling staff he has there. They make you feel comfortable and always take the time to answer any questions I may have. When you leave Dr. Longs office, you leave feeling like you have just spent time with caring friends, rather than going to a dental appointment. The x-rays showed 2 c...See MoreWhile work I had done for several years was fine, he advised that I needed work to the tune of $1800. The x-rays showed 2 cavities. Two crowns needed. Something was not right, went to another Denist and low and behold I had no cavities and x-rays proved it. Beware!! If you have work done that he recommends and it is done, the proof of whether or not it was needed is gone. I think he may be money hungry. -

That was until I got a second opinion on dental work he wanted to do that would cost me $1500. I went to another dentist and had x-rays done.....to my surprise, the cavities that I was told I had didn't exist. I think that he is ethically and moraly bankrupt.
As noted below, I went to Dr. Long after going to several others, including one in Smyrna, TN that wanted to do all my "dental work". Dr Long took his time to tell me what needed to be done and in what order and what importance, not to mention he saved me approx $500 on the work.03/13/08
