Brownbag Studio by Dusty Brown amongst others: Good place to get jewelry by Dusty Brown (Brownbag Studio). On par with stuff you find in funky boutiques in Nashville or New York and so on... Highly recommended, especially if you need a gift for a girl or lady who want to stand out but be in style. There is nobody else making local handmade jewelry for Murfreesboro shops that has the same style, but you never see two pieces that are just a like.

They also have beautiful scarves and glass 'ornaments'. Oh, and don't forget to try the sugar free key lime cheesecake.

The selection is very unique: Cornerstone has a huge selection of stuff...it is everywhere. You can get lost looking for an hour. The thing that I like is that they have all kinds of stuff...they have home stuff, baby stuff, jewlery, purses, cheesecakes, ornaments, paintings...
The store is just a neat little find. They have local artists and some of them have has their stuff there for a lng time. I got a necklace from Brown Bag studio and I got a LOT of comlpiments on it when I wore it to an MTSU fundraiser. They have stuff from a lot of different people, though, so you have a lot of choices.

They also have some anitques and pottery, too. One artist sews bags with Titans or MTSU appliqued on there or Greek letters. As the other person said, the baby area is good as well. They have antique silver brushes and painted highchairs. They have these little specialty blankets like they had on Oprah last year that I have only seen in expensive shops Franklin otherwise. These were by the same studio as my necklace. Again, the fabrics are what make them stand out. They are not generic at all.

They also have a lady who sews diaper covers that are heirloom quality.
