This is the fastest McDonalds I've ever been to. The people are really nice. Especially the woman in the window early mornings. Very nice. I usually do not sit in the drive thru more than 3 minutes even when theyre busy. Ive gone on Saturdays where their entire parking lot is full. Their drive thru is wrapped around the building, and they still keep it moving. Inside the people are nice and they are always smiling. Their appearence is amazing. Theyre very professional looking. Seems as if its the cleanest fast food restaurant in the area. The people dont look grungy . The magnagers keep everything in order. I think the review below mine was just a freak incident! THIS IS AN AMAZING MCDONALDS. especially since some of the people are very young that work there. It still runs very well.

I don't know why this place has so much trouble with getting anything right. I hear about the play set incidents all the time. You'll actually be amazed how many reports are actually made at this one, alone. That includes one from my child. The staff is loud and they act very unprofessional at times. They can be rude especially when it appears to not have any management around to watch them. It's like they hire a bunch of children who work just for their paychecks and not care about their jobs, quality, or customers; only when they're getting off.

I went one time to get something quick. I was the only one in the line. It was late at night. They were rude. I sat at the drive-in speaker for what felt like 20 minutes before someone finally came around. I almost thought they were closed. When they answered, they were laughing. My food was right on the screen but wrong in the bag. I went around again, this time, skipping the speaker box. No one at the window. I had to literally get out of my car and look around the doors and windows for a sign of life to help me fix my order (I'm DEATHLY allergic to tomatoes). FINALLY, someone came around the corner with another employee from the side hall and opened the door. I had to explain what happened and she directed me back to the car. I waited and waited..........and waited. The food came back cold. Wouldn't you be upset? It's late at night! I'm the ONLY ONE! How can you screw this up?

Horrible...not the only experience I've had. This McDonald's cannot handle a busy day without mess-ups, rude employees, and long lines.

    Horrible.
