| About: | The motto here should be "Nashville's best kept sushi secret." It seems most people have never heard of Samurai, which is difficult to believe given the quality of food served here. Nevertheless, thanks to their oversight, you can always find a table in this little eatery. The sushi is very good, served in traditional and not-so-traditional varieties. A nod to Nashville is the Nashville Roll, which blends crab and smoked salmon with avocado. Those who don't like sushi will appreciate the chicken and beef teriyaki selections. |

Very tasty. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly. I will go back next time I am in town.
Samurai is AMAZING and has the most varied and creative flavor combinations I have had the pleasure of experiencing. Thankfully the restaurant has expanded and it is no longer so difficult to get a seat (and you can actually turn around in the new bathrooms)!
Sadly, my husband and I have relocated to AZ and we have not been able to find a sushi restaurant that even compares to Samurai. The owner is an absolute genius and if you haven't eaten here you absolutely need to! It doesn't get any better!
best sushi in town! great prices, excellent FRESH sushi! for those beginners choose the buritto roll or the catapillar roll. if you like spicy tuna, this is your place! ive had nearly everything on the menu, youre MISSING OUT if you havent visited this hole in the wall. saki bombs?? go kirin, i believe theyre 20oz?? nearly twice the beer for the same price as other places around the city. and if youre looking for some fun nearby after dinner hit up the hookah bar (alladin's) across the street. either way when it comes to samurai, YOURE GONNA LOVE THIS PLACE!
