| About: | Cafe Coco started out as a small coffee shop in a ramshackle old house near Elliston Square that catered strong coffee and sweet cakes to a smattering of local college students. It's since grown into one of the most popular haunts in Nashville, and along with upgrading its exterior, it's also expanded its menu to include sandwiches, burgers, beer, pizza, pasta and veggies specials. It's still the same homey spot where one can sit out on the lawn with a brew or a book, only now you can also eat well. Charming, warm and friendly are the buzzwords here. |

I have been to Cafe Coco many times over the past few years, but I'm sorry to say that unless I dine in, my food is usually burnt to a crisp. It almost always happens when my order is to-go... do they not like to-go orders? Not sure but it seems to be the norm.
