DJWell representing yourself is your first mistake. Remember the old saying? This sounds more like a angry disgruntled person who lost which then sounds more like an endorsement FOR her abilities. You are angry, even if she won on a technicality... she knew it and you didn't! My client prevailed and this gentleman, who has been sued multiple times by others for failure to pay debts, is upset that he lost. This case was, in fact, decided on the merits and I dispute any "technicalities" other than the Court ruled against him in this case.11/10/11 -

She is not just out to get your money or try to continue the "fight" very fair in trying to negotiate first but ferocious if needed in court.
