User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsEverything but the salad and the service were very good but no better than I've had for far less money. I can see no reason for eating there unless you are a snob that wants to brag about it.

I only award four of five stars because In theory there must be a better dining experience somewhere. I certainly haven't found it. Truly elegant dining doesn't have to try too hard to be impressive. This is very true of Ruth's Chris. The food was excellent. The service was beyond excellent. There is a point where serving becomes a highly disciplined vocation. Our server, who's name was Russ, understands this and takes his craft very seriously. He was very helpful and made our evening a genuine pleasure. If you have an occasion to celebrate or just want to treat yourself or someone special to a great dinner Ruth's Chris is a superb choice.

I ate at the Ruth Chris in Nashville, Tn for the first time last night. Needless to say I was not overly impressed with my ribeye steak for the price I paid. The steak fries I ordered did not seemed cooked fully either. I believe this will be my first and last visit to a Ruth Chris. I have had better steaks for a better price in other restaurants in the area.
