User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo not rent from this company!: I would highly discourage anyone from renting from Gianikas Property Management. My roommate and I recently moved out of their apartment, and we were good tenants. We kept the apartment in good condition and always paid on time. Needless to say, we were appalled to find out that we lost our security deposit and was charged an additional $300 to replace the carpet in the apartment. The carpet had normal wear and tear, and the company was unable to produce documentation of the "damages" inflicted. While we may lose the added expense, we hope that we can prevent some of you from working with them! Their apartments are in convenient locations, but there are plenty of other apartments in the area!
