    Hello, I am a past employee of O'Charley's and had to leave the company in 2004 much to my regret. I loved working for this company more than anything,it was uplifting and so encouraging everyday was a new experience and we all enjoyed our work. Oh sure you have pitfalls but we have those in everyday life.I just want to say I worked with some of the best people anyone has ever known and that goes all the way up to Greg Burns. I want to say this company takes care of it's people and they are like family so when you walk in the door you can feel that same feeling like I did.

    Wonderful change of pace: I have never enjoyed a restaurant as much as I have enjoyed this one. The staff was excellent, the food was extremely well prepared per our requests (the first time) and the meal was very affordable. The portions were so much so that we had enough to bag as a late night snack.

    The price and wait is worth the food: This is a wonderful place to go for a date. The steak is out of this world. Everything I have tried was just simply amazing.
