Ifound this restaurant to be one of the worst that I have ever been in. It was NASTY. The kitchen was dirty, the cooks came from outside and started cooking without washing, the service was so bad that we had to stand at the register for ten minutes to pay. My husband wanted to leave and I wish that I had. my birthday was ruined because I had looked foward to this day for one month, after learning about it from tennessee crossroads tv show. this food you call cajun. You should be run out of town, and would if a real cajun restaurant came in. I wasted my day, money, and confidence in advertisments. SHAP UP OR SHIP OUT PLEASE.
I have gone to Bro's the last two Friday evenings (around 6:30 PM) and both times I left because of NO SERVICE. I stood inside the front door and waited over 15 minutes each time to get a seating. I made eye contact with the three cooks behind the food counter and they never responded to my requests if I needed to self seat or what. The first time I just left irritated. This last Friday, thinking I would give them the "benefit of the doubt" I went again - standing & waiting for help again for 15 minutes. I walked down the hall to the right (past the register station) and saw one dining room that was full, I turned to the next room across the hall & saw what was a nasty looking "back kitchen" room stacked high with dirty dishes. I left disgusted. From what I saw in the front kitchen area was very nasty looking & the cooks were not wearing hair nets or gloves. I only saw reviews that were posted in 2007 - the last one mentioning bad service. I am sending this information to the Bro's Website contact so that they may be aware of the issues I observer. If this place really cares about gaining more customers, they may want to know of the major service issues.
OMG this place was horrible!!!! My husband and I went there last night which is 2/15/08. I was craving for Crawfish forever. I used to have some in Houston and Orange county, CA. I am pregnant, so I was craving for crawfish. I did my search and found this place. The food was ok not too bad, but the service was awful. The waitress and waiter they act like we were eating there stuffs for free. We asked for straw and some refill, the actress was actually throw the straw into my husband face for no reason at all. We had to share a table with this couple so they saw it all. They even said "what all these people is doing?"The owner was pretty nice. i was going to not say anything and just never come back. Hoever the owner kept asking me " How everything?". So I couldn't help but to tell him the truth. He said on the spot that he was going to fire her. This restaurant needs to retrain their staff. Wow I can't believe this experience at all.
