It needs help! The food took forever to arrive but was cooked and prepared OK. Having said that the food looked Blah. The place is noisy and the service has a negative attitude. The toilets are disgusting and smelly. There are better places to eat and far better Dave & Buster locations too.

I love this place. I was from out of town and had the best time. I want one in my town. I even brought home a D&B bear.

Can you perhaps give any more information on this "overcharge"? Perhaps you were with a party and were JUSTIFIABLY charged an 18% gratuity and were just too drunk to check out your bill? By the tone of this comment you were either too intoxicated to actually look at your bill or you're just trying to start something. In any case, if there WAS an actual overcharge, it wasn't made on purpose; we have tons of new servers over the past couple of months. Let's also think about this: Was the charge actually finalized or was it just an authorization that put some funds on hold for a while?
