    It needs help! The food took forever to arrive but was cooked and prepared OK. Having said that the food looked Blah. The place is noisy and the service has a negative attitude. The toilets are disgusting and smelly. There are better places to eat and far better Dave & Buster locations too.

    I love this place. I was from out of town and had the best time. I want one in my town. I even brought home a D&B bear.

    I live fairly close to dave's. I actually worked at it when it was Jillians. And let me tell you, when it was Jillians it was AWESOME! Great food. Great Service. But since it has become Dave and Busters, it has been horrible!! The food is disgusting. Waitress's are slow and not friendly at all! we ate there while doing some christmas shopping, the honey mustard for our eggrolls looked like it had been under a heat lamp for days. I actually went to stick my finger in it because it looked like it was hard, well, it had a layer so thick on top I could not stick my finger through it! Gross! The bathrooms were another issue. when jillians, the bathrooms were cool, vintage posters on the walls, playing old school songs, nice decor. Now, Splatter paint of green and pink, the locks have been removed and stuffed with tissue paper. If you are lucky enough to find a stall without the toilet being disgusting be assured there will not be any toilet paper! It is still fun to visit the arcade and bowling. But I am not a big fan.
