| About: | The most authentic blues bar this side of Chicago is located in the 3rd Avenue office complex and strip mall. Wednesday night's feature house band, The Wooten Brothers, comprised of the insanely talented Victor Wooten (of Bela Fleck and the Flecktones) and his two brothers. The live music has another added benefit. Lines at the bar are very short, as everyone is near the stage listening to the tunes! Food is typical bar fare but still quite good. The burgers are excellent. |

3rd & Lindsley, amazing its still open, if you are not being harrassed by the homeless, then the attitude of the staff will make u never wanting to return. Pitiful
This out of the way club (but right off the 4th avenue exit on the freeway) is where you will see some of the best of Nashville's Singers and players. They always have well known artists as well as well respected session players and writers. The music varies from singer songwriter to rock, R&B, Blues and on and on. Decent food. Look for Duckbutter (featuring Sam Bush), Raul Malo, Jack Pearson, The Players, The Wooten Bros. and Jonell Mosser among many other local top flight artists.
