User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsMy husband and I looked at many dealerships between Cleveland and Knoxville and never found the great service and hospitality that we encountered at Larry Hill Ford. We were helped right away and within no time we found a family car in GREAT condition for a good deal. This is definitely a dealership you should look into. We've also heard good things about Larry Hill Imports right down the street.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI purchased a used Expedition from Larry Hill Ford. They did not disclose to me that Expedition had been wrecked. I did not found out until went to trade in my Expedition only to learn that Larry Hill Ford sold me a wrecked vehicle that was not worth what they sold it to me for. When I asked Larry Hill Ford about the situation, they blamed me for not pulling a carfax report prior to buying the vehicle. I guess when dealing with a corrupt dealership with a saavy advertisement scheme, one needs to proceed with caution.

I happened to meet the salesman that moneyman is talking about, and he was great. He answered all my questions and had a good sense of humor that made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Larry Hill is a respected businessman in Cleveland and is happy to assist where he can. Check out this dealership!!!

The same thing happend to me. I am still trying to get them to correct the situation. Would love to talk with you about your situation. All buyers need to beware of this dealership. If it happens once, bad enough, but twice is pure intent!! Good Luck!
