    I had a chiken fried steak with french fries...and it was one of the best I've ever had. But the food didn't help hide the service problems. My glass was empty most of the time, food was deliverd very late and the bill took forever to get

    Downtown Location Is Better: Chili's is Chili's ... it's consistently great! However, the downtown Chattanooga location fares better in terms of atmosphere and service, plus there is patio seating when the weather is nice.
