Service Dept. (stinks) have had wifes vehicle there numerous times. problems are never fixed, had to diagnose problems myself,service advisers DO NOT communicate with each other on problems that customers are having with their vehicles.They are always wanting to back out of the problem even if its still under warranty!!!!!! This was the first and last ford I will ever buy from Marshall Mize,due to the Service Dept.and that I was ripped off by purchasing a 2006 Freestyle Limited $34000.00 and a year and half later its worth $13000.00...BACK TO NISSAN I WILL GO!!!!!!!!

Can't think of a title?: It was overall a good experience. We started out looking at a Chevrolet Malibu. Went to the office to discuss payment options, etc. We were told that is wasn't within our budget and was sent out to look at 5 different cars on the lot. None of them fit the criteria we required ( I have a small children). We were shown an '02 Kia Spectra, that did however meet their criteria. It has been a wonderful car..gas mileage, oil changes only when required, I have only had 1 problem with it. The battery was dead before I had it a month but once I replaced the battery....no other mechanical problems.. I did however have a major problem, while at the dealership I didn't realize this....3 car seats will not fit in the backseat properly! The only reason I needed a car was for my children. At the time it looked size worthy but looks can be deceiving...so therefore even though this may sound negative let me tell you it is not. Bought the kids updated cars seats and all is well. Sometimes updating is the only thing left to do ; ) Instead of getting a car I was hoping for I got the car that stands up to the test. It has gotten me out of state for family gatherings, emergency room visits and just cruisin' to the grocery store with the little ones. The service there was excellent, at first we werent sure what was going to happen but they were very helpful and made sure we left with a reliable AND affordable car!!!
