Apparently, this restaurant does not allow you to bring in food from the outside (aka Mcdonalds) in order to appease young children. Also when questioned by email about their policies their management team were extremely rude about the sitaution. Offering nutrional advise and parenting advise.
I am a firm believer in customer service! Needless to say I won't be dining there in the future. 
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThis is what I expected from a southern place. The portions were big enough. The help was friendly. I enjoyed the view. It seems like a popular place. I plan to return.

I have worked in several restaurants, and I have never seen outside food brought in nor has it EVER been allowed. The handling of the situation I do not agree with but, patrons should not expect that a restaurant would allow outside food. This is common practice in the restaurant industry.
