User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been with BofA for several months now and have opened both personal and business accounts with them. When you walk into this branch, expect friendly employees with smiling faces. There is also an employee on foot that assists you as soon as you walk in the door. This branch along with the Downtown branch is a great asset to the Chattanooga community.
